The Sharks have revealed their latest Heritage 2.0 jerseys to commemorate their 35th anniversary.
These are modern renditions of the primary home jerseys that the Sharks wore from 1998 through 2007, featuring the original Sharks logo over a mostly teal background with layers of gray along the shoulders and arms and layers of black along the wrist areas of the sleeves, collar, armpits, and down the sides of the jersey.
The newest Sharks Heritage 2.0 jersey will be available to the public as soon as tonight’s preseason game against the Golden Knights. San Jose plans to rep their newest heritage jerseys during four games this season alongside hosting several Sharks alumni during those games: October 30 vs. Devils, November 20 vs. Kings, December 3 vs. Capitals, and March 1 vs. Jets.
Overall, the Sharks’ Heritage 2.0 35th Anniversary jersey looks great, and I am glad they are bringing this retro design back for this season. I would like to get my hands on one of these newest jerseys at some point, but I am in no rush to do so.
Stay tuned for the Sharks 2025 preseason recap and other updates on CPF Hockey coming soon.
