Sharks 2021-22 Game 24 Recap: Rangers 1, Sharks 0 (12/3/21)

The Sharks snap their three-game win streak as they get shut out by the New York Rangers 1-0.

Ryan Strome scored the only goal of the game in the first period for the Rangers.

Adin Hill was the man factor keeping the Sharks in this game, but Team Teal couldn't muster up any offense. Hill made a total of 26 saves and continues to improve his game as the season progresses.

In addition, despite the Rangers getting the win, their goalie Igor Shesterkin got injured and will be out for some time.

I don't have much else to say about this game, other than the Sharks were on the second leg of a back-to-back and may have also been depleted from the previous game against the other New York team. It's never easy playing the second game of a back-to-back in most sports.

Hopefully the Sharks can continue to remain hot like they have for most of their current road trip, which concludes in Columbus against the Blue Jackets on Sunday at 3 pm PT.
